This season focuses on MORE than giving something up! It’s about what you’ll gain by denying self and allowing God to replace fleshly desires. And where you may slip and fall along the way, God’s mercy is fresh and new every day! Get back up and start again!

Intermittent Fasting Instructions/guidelines for cleansing your body in preparation for the new things God has in store for you
Fasting Time from 8:00pm to 8:00am -Liquids Only
Throughout the day, abstain from the following foods: All Dairy Products, Fried Foods, Beef, Pork, Pop and Soft Drinks; products that contain Caffeine, Alcoholic Beverages, Desserts and all sweets.
Individuals with special diets and medical concerns are advised to use wisdom and modify your fast to maintain optimum health.
Limit (or eliminating) time spent watching television.
Focus more on spending time in prayer, meditation, journaling and studying with the Lord.
